Depending on what position is desired in the kitchen. Line cooks and expediters must have a sense of urgency and think quickly. Prep cooks must be able to follow recipes and produce prep in a timely manner. Dishwashers must be able to lift at least 50lbs and clean all dishes and keep everything sanitary.
Speak and understand English very well. Work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency. Interact and have fun with guests. Basic math.
